Jeff Chaska is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over three decades of leadership experience in the healthcare and ophthalmic industries. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NVISION Eye Centers, where he brought deep expertise in surgical retina and cataract device sales. Prior to NVISION, Jeff spent 23 years at Alcon Surgical, culminating in his role as Western Regional Sales Director overseeing a $350 million annual portfolio and 75 reps.

Before his tenure at Alcon, Jeff held various sales and marketing leadership roles at Warner-Lambert’s Consumer Products Division for over 15 years, managing teams and strategies across the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from San Diego State University.
