SimulEYE® is proud to offer the most comprehensive training models for the Alcon Hydrus MIGS device. Our line of 3 different models allows for progressive learning and practice with the device for optimal implantation and removal.
SimulEYE® HYDRUS (Full Cornea): For the most complete and realistic training, the SimulEYE Hydrus eye front provides a full cornea which requires incisions, filling the AC with viscoelastic and use of a gonioprism. Everything else is the same as the Open Sky eye front. Multiple implantations of the Hydrus device can be performed at any of the 12-clock hours before the eye front is consumed. The SimulEYE EyeSupport™ KIT is required for support and proper positioning of the eye front.
The SimulEYE EyeSupport™ KIT is essential for supporting and positioning the eye front. Please note that it is not included with the eye front and must be purchased separately.
