SimulEYE® miLOOP Kit 2.0
Introducing the totally redesigned SimulEYE® miLOOP Kit 2.0. Improving on our original Kit, this version takes realism to a whole new level which is simply unmatched when it comes to surgical training with the Zeiss miLOOP device. It is also much easier to use and the capsules are more durable for multiple trainings.
To become familiar with the miLOOP device requires the most realistic eye model for training. That is why our Kit provides a reusable eye with realistic capsules and lenses. In addition, the great red reflex really allows you to see what you are doing. With all of these features, surgeons can gain valuable experience and confidence in a short time. Set-up is quick and easy and the two different eye fronts allow training with or without the iris in place. The benefit of starting without the iris is to see what is happening in the periphery as the nitinol wire expands in the capsule and dissects around the lens. Rotate the device to see the loop pass behind the lens. When cutting the lens, it will rock out of the capsule just like in a human eye. Learn to rotate the lens and create more cuts. Easily remove the lens fragments to see how you did. Then load up another lens and continue training.
The SimulEYE miLOOP Kit 2.0 contains everything you need to get started except the miLOOP device itself.
