Terms and Conditions for Payment and Registration

By registering for SimulEYE University, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Policy

  • Registrants must pay the full amount of the course fee at the time of registration via the designated platform.

  • Registration is only considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is received.

  • All prices include applicable VAT in compliance with Croatian tax law.

2. Course Modifications and Cancellations

  • SimulEYE University organizers reserve the right to modify course content, dates, and venue.

  • Attendees will be promptly notified of any changes.

  • If the course is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers:

    • A full refund of the registration fee will be issued if the new date is not suitable for the attendee.

    • Attendees may choose to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event instead.

  • In the case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), the organizers reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution. Refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at the organizers' discretion.

3. Transfer and Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval.

  • Requests for registration transfers must be submitted no later than 10 days before the event and are subject to organizer approval.

  • No refunds will be given for voluntary cancellations by attendees. Only cancellations initiated by the organizers (see Section 2) are eligible for refund.

4. Attendee Responsibility

  • Attendees are responsible for:

    • Ensuring payment is made on time.

    • Providing accurate contact details for all event-related communications.

    • Complying with all event safety protocols, rules, and conduct guidelines.

  • Failure to follow health or safety protocols may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

  • All course materials, presentations, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of SimulEYE.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • SimulEYE University and its organizer PROS Logistics Medical  are not liable for any costs related to travel, lodging, or visa issues in the event of course modifications or cancellations.

  • Attendees understand and accept that hands-on training involves physical and professional risks and participate at their own discretion.

7. Visa and Travel Requirements

  • Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel documentation, including valid passports and visas required for entry into Croatia.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain required travel authorization on time.

8. Media Release

  • SimulEYE University may capture photos or videos during the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to your image being used in such materials, unless you request in writing—prior to the event—not to be photographed or recorded. 

9. Code of Conduct

  • All attendees must act professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

  • The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in line with Croatian anti-discrimination and public safety laws.

10. Medical Disclaimer

  • The course is educational and does not constitute clinical certification or licensure.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal credentials to practice in their respective jurisdictions.

11. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)

  • All personal data collected during registration will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Croatian data protection law.

  • By registering, you consent to the processing of your data solely for the purposes of event participation and related communications.

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@simuleye.com.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
