The Small Pupil 2.0 models offer enhanced realism and more options to improve your anterior segment training. They’re modular, allowing for versatile practice with different small pupil devices.
Two Versions Available:
Small Pupil 2.0 – Compatible with most pupil devices
Small Pupil 2.0 Malyugin – Specifically designed for the MST Malyugin Ring
Key Updates:
Modular Design: The Small Pupil 2.0 features our reusable Multi-Base Capsule 8.0 and replaceable Small Pupil 2.0 Eye Fronts
Full Cornea-Scleral Shell
Removable Anterior Capsule – option to isolate the AC or access the AC and Capsule
Durable Anterior Capsule – long lasting, not for capsulorhexis
Replaceable Eye Fronts – replace or swap out Eye Fronts to practice other techniques

Reusable: With proper care, the Small Pupil 2.0 models are designed for multiple uses.
Multi-Base Capsule 8.0: This reusable platform is modular and works with many Eye Fronts for a variety of training options.
Capsule 8.0 Combine with SimuloRhexis 2.0 Rhexis Films to “Make-A-Rhexis”.
5mm pupil with Hydro Iris™: For training with most small pupil devices including MST Malyugin Ring, BVI I-Ring, Beehler Pupil Dilator, and iris hooks.
6mm pupil: For training specifically with the MST Malyugin Ring.
Note: For training with the Diamatrix X-Pand, there is a dedicated model which uses the Multi-Base Capsule 5.5 with a “Pre-Made Rhexis” similar to the Aphakia 2.0 model. The Eye Front has our 5mm Hydro IrisTM and allows access to the capsular bag for supporting both the iris and the capsule.

EYE: Includes both the Eye Front (multi-use) and Eye Base (reusable).
EYE FRONT: The front half of the eye is replaceable and attaches to the Eye Base.
